BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is an advanced pulverizer, which has the advantages of stable technical performance, low noise, low consumption, high efficiency, adjustable fineness, and low temperature rise. It is very suitable for sugar, edible powder, Chinese herbal medicine, spices, etc. This machine is composed of a crusher part, a powder collecting device, a conveying pipe and an electric control box. The crusher part is provided with an air classification device to make the product size arbitrarily adjustable to prevent excessive crushing. The crushed powder is conveyed to the cyclone dust collector by negative pressure, and then discharged through the discharge valve.

Working method:

The material is evenly fed into the grinding chamber by the feeding system, strongly impacted by the high-speed rotating grinding disc. At the same time, it is subjected to centrifugal force and collides with the grinding ring gear, and is subjected to various comprehensive forces such as shearing, friction and collision to finished grinding. The ground material moves to the classifying zone with the airflow. The classifier is adjusted by frequency conversion, separates the coarse and fine materials, the product that meet the fineness requirement enters the cyclone collector and the dust collector with the airflow, and the coarse powders return to the classifying zone, secondary grinding.
