Description

DMF Rectification residue melting machine is developed by us which uses conduction oil as heating medium to heat, melt, dump and dewater corrosive material.

Melting plant components

The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system, tipping devices, drum plate, dripping liquid collect system, hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system, liquid pump, pipe system, and electric control system.

Working principle

The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure. The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the hot thermal oil from external boiler as the heating source.

Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from the other end.

Features

1. The drums loading operation is made by the electric lifting system. The empty drums are pushed out on the back side.

2. The heating required to melt the corrosive material is provided by heat conducting oil.

3. The equipment consists of upper and lower two rooms, the upper one for melting the barrels, surrounded by evenly distributed thermal oil coils, heating coils and the barrel mainly using the thermal radiation heating mode to melt the corrosive material from the barrels. The lower room is mainly for increasing the heating temperature of the corrosive material that melted from the barrels till reach to (110 degree), then liquid outlet pump will transfer the corrosive material outside to be ready for use if extend the heating time can be obtained a higher temperature to (160 degree).

4. Easy to put the barrels inside the equipment without any platforms with high efficiency.

5. No need for trolley or any wrench to carry the barrel inside the plant.
