The raw material used for hand sanitizer tube packaging is 5layer with EVOH, because the component of inner hand sanitizer gel has 75% Alcohol, that can kill 99.9% of common germs. The 5layer tube has better gas properties and toughness, that means the EVOH can prevent oxygen and other gases sinking into the tube, and it can also stop dissolving the aromatic compounds and other components sinking out effectively. So it’s good to use the 5layer tube to be the packaging of hand sanitizer gel. When you squeeze the tube, the sanitizer will come out a drop, that’s enough for you to wash hands. This tube with flip can be easy open and can control the dosage very well.
