A4:Every process will be checked by our quality inspection department which insures every product's quality.

In the production of products, we will personally go to the factory to check the quality of products.
Q5: How to delivery the goods?
A5:We deliver the products by courier company
Q6. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A6. Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions.

Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q7. Can we get some samples before mass production?

Q8. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A8:Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.
Q9: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A9: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q10: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A10: As a matter of fact, we won't take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.
