Input feeding section consists of the tray, support; the host consists of the saw head and under bed; output feeding section consists of the tray, calibration aluminum tube, aluminum support block, aluminum positioning block and support.

4. Installation and adjustment

4.1 The machine should be installed in the dry, no dust, no corrosive gas, indoor concrete floor surface, connecting the tray, bracket, adjustable leveling base with screws, so that the input feeding section, the host, the output feeding section are in the same level.

4.2 First string small sliding aluminum block on the calibration aluminum tube, and then string the calibration aluminum tube of the tray in the output feeding section material section (scale size is increased from the saw head), tighten the screw.

4.3 Connect big positioning aluminum block with a screw into inside the sliding aluminum block.

5.Operation

Placed aluminum in the input feeding section, with a large aluminum block inside of the scale (the actual cutting length of aluminum is the distance from saw to the inside of large aluminum block), according to the cutting length moving small sliding aluminum block of output feeding section, and tighten.

6.Note

6.1 Before moving tools or replacement spare parts, please turn off the power and wait when saw blade stopped.

6.2 Leveling pipe head of small size scale with aluminum positioning block, or affect the accuracy of cutting size.

6.3 After cutting of aluminum spacer will exist few burrs.
