Differential shaft is very useful in high speed slitting machine. It is mainly used for sub-section equipment that has high requirement on final products and fast speed.The differential ring on it can slip independently. Controlled by the tension system, let the compressed air which has a certain pressure come to axle core, so that it will produce friction torque between the friction parts and the slip ring. More and more customer will replace the normal air shaft to differential shaft for their slitting machines.

Differential shaft are made of core shaft, differential ring, rubber tube, friction parts, sealing rings.

• Core shaft is made in high quality carbon steel material with property smoothness
• Differential ring is made in steel with chrome coating or aluminum with hard anodize, to make the life of the ring longer
• Rubber tube is made in high quality rubber, some can replace imported rubber tube.
