SMT printing machine is suitable for solder paste printing of surface assembly components in SMT surface mount technology. Specifically, it is in the SMT electronic mounting process, the use of the mesh plate hole will be electronic fiber material (solder paste, adhesive, etc.) printed on the circuit board of the machine equipment, the purpose is to adhere to the chip electronic components.

Operation

1. Check the equipment before operation and start up according to the operating rules;

2. Put the PCB (PCB deformation cannot meet the requirements of production) on the feeding frame;

3. Place the screen on the printing machine according to the direction of the screen arrow;

4. Select the corresponding printing procedures according to the products produced, enter the adjustment mode for screen plate calibration, and debug the printing state;

5. Printing adjustment: adjust the printing speed, pressure and Angle to make the amount of solder paste printed on the PCB solder pad even;

6. The first part shall be confirmed by the technician and mass produced after passing the standard;

7. Every 30 printed sheets shall be inspected by the inspector and sent to the mounter after passing the inspection;

8, after the operation, take off the screen and clean, according to the operating procedures for shutdown, and clean the working table.
