Horizontal Cartoning Machine​ Working Process:
The mechanical swing arm absorbs the liner and puts it into the chain plate of conveyer and forms it on four sides→ leaflet delivered to liner→ Pick the product from puck and put into liner →The liner with product are transported by conveyer to the cartooning station. Among this, fold and form the top and bottom covers→ The mechanical swing arm absorbs the carton and feeds it horizontally into limit slots of the upper and lower synchronous belt→ Push rod place the liner with product into carton→ The carton is transported to exit of limit slots of upper and lower synchronous belt. At same time, fold and form the both sides of carton→ The finished product is output to the next process for inkjet coding and packing
