Proprietary features:

1. It is suitable for the welding of street light pole, with round shape and no deformation, and no burning through during welding.

2. Full CNC, full servo, 3 sets of presser feet, which can be automatically adjusted with the change of the pole diameter taper. The side presser foot can be adjusted in the taper direction of the pole.

3. There is no hydraulic system to avoid oil leakage and greatly reduce maintenance.

4. The specially developed system can meet the slight inconsistency of the pole diameter in the production process of the pole. Ensure successful welding.

5. Because of the CNC control, it is not necessary for the operator to manually adjust the presser foot position at any time as the size and diameter of the pole change. Reduce the requirements for personnel and labor intensity.

6. From pole top to end, the length of the head and tail left un welded is very short, even without manual repair welding.

7. The number of presser feet is 3 sets V-table, which has the advantage of reducing the pressure of presser feet on the surface of pole, making the surface beautiful and reducing the impact of indentation,

The trolley can quickly return to the welding host, reducing the labor intensity of the operator.

8. Pulse MIG welding function, fast speed, good forming, using a mixture of argon and CO2 mixed gas, with very little welding spatter and almost no need for polishing .

10. The machine workbench is of V-structure, which is used to support the pole. It is very stable, easy to mount the pole, and reduces the labor intensity.

11. It is equipped with a rear guide plate for special guidance, which greatly reduces the adjustment frequency of the front welding gun.

12. CNC automatic adjustment. With the change of the polediameter, the CNC system automatically adjusts the pressure, automatically adjusts the position of the presser foot, automatically matches the feeding speed and position, and keeps the weld always in the closed state to ensure smooth welding.

13. Through the camera installed on the machine head, the weld seam is reflected on the screen on the console, making the tracking of the weld seam simple and easy and reducing the labor intensity of the operator.

14. There shall be no indentation or flattening after welding, provided that the previous process is free of deformation and distortion and the material is free of internal stress due to distortion.

15. When the machine is equipped with different pressing wheel dies, it can be suitable for octagonal pole and round pole of different sizes. Mold configuration, optional items can be provided according to customer requirements

CNC pole shut-welding machine

This machine is usually suitable for welding octagonal and circular conical light poles. This welding machine is an automatic welding line. The trolley is equipped with a servo motor, which can push the light pole on the V worktable. Three CNC presser feet can automatically adjust their positions according to the change of pole diameter. The machine completes welding while closing the poles.
