Construction Material Hoist Description

The load capacity of building hoist can reach 3200kgs; the lifting speed can reach 96m/min, and the max height can be as high as 450m. The hoists are widely used in construction site, power projects, metallurgical, mining,oil and chemical industries. Hollisworth also can design and produce the specialkinds of lifting equipments upon the clients; requirements or special condition on the working site.

Production and Materials

KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator components are versatile and universal.
The construction material elevator structural parts are made of 16Mn and Q355B high strength steel.
The construction lift cage roof is made by a full steel plate, and the edges are totally welded, to ensure no water leakage and high strength.

Construction Material Hoist Configuration

There is a small crane for conenient assembly of the construction lift.
There is additional 'C' door at the long side of cage for convenient loading/unloading is available.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
There is LED lighting inside construction elevator car.
