Reducing tee is generally not used in pure oxygen pipeline. This kind of pipeline generally has pressure, and the oxygen activity is greater at this time. Its connection form is directly butt welding the tee and steel pipe.The main manufacturing standards of butt welding tee are generally GB / t12459, GB / T13401, ASME b16.9, sh3408, sh3409, Hg / t21635, Hg / t21631, SY / t0510. The production process of reducing tee includes hydraulic bulging and hot press bulging. Hydraulic bulging is a forming process of expanding branch pipe by axial compensation of metal material. This production method can be formed in one time with high production efficiency. However, due to the large tonnage of equipment required by the process, it is currently mainly used in the manufacture of standard wall thickness tee less than dn400 in China. Hot forming is that the tube blank is compressed radially under the action of pressure. In the process of radial compression, the metal flows towards the branch pipe and forms the branch pipe under the stretch of the die. Due to the reduction of the tonnage of the equipment needed for the material forming, the adaptability of the hot pressing tee to the material is wide, and most of the production usually adopts this forming process.
