Pneumatic transmission converts the pressure energy of compressed gas into machinery
Pneumatic actuator of energy.The cylinder has two types of reciprocating linear motion and reciprocating swing (see figure).The cylinder that does reciprocating linear motion can be divided into single action cylinder, double action cylinder, diaphragm cylinder and impact cylinder 4 kinds.
(1) single action cylinder: only one end of the piston rod, from the side of the piston supply gas can generate pressure, pressure to push the piston to produce thrust out, by the spring or gravity back.
(2) Double-acting cylinder: supply air alternately from both sides of the piston, and output force in one or both directions.
(3) Diaphragm cylinder: replace the piston with the diaphragm, output force only in one direction, with the spring return.Its sealing performance is good, but the stroke is short.
Impact cylinder: this is a new type of component.It converts the pressure of the compressed gas into the kinetic energy of the piston moving at high speed (10 ~ 20 m/s) to do work.
Rodless cylinder: the general term for a cylinder without piston rod.There are magnetic cylinder, cable cylinder two categories.
The cylinder that does reciprocating oscillation is called the oscillation cylinder. The inner cavity is divided into two by the blade, and the air is supplied to the two cavities alternately.
