Test method: salt spray test

The dry oil-free compressed air enters the aerosol generator at a certain flow rate to produce aerosol with a certain particle distribution. After screening by the cascade impactor, the particles with a particle size distribution meeting the standard requirements are discharged from the aerosol outlet and enter the test pipeline.

Due to the static electricity generated by the salt aerosol, it is necessary to neutralize the salt aerosol. And for the salt aerosol, it needs to be heated to produce salt particles.

The method is to mix the aerosol which meets the particle size requirements with the heating gas, and then the water in the aerosol is evaporated to produce salt particles.

And reach to the filter material. Differential pressure sensors are installed on both sides of the filter material. During the test, the number of particles upstream and downstream of the filter material is monitored; the whole test process is conducted with a certain flow or air volume
