EI Type Transformer Core Silicon Steel Stamped Motor Lamination

Silicon steel sheets for electrical purposes are commonly known as silicon steel sheets or silicon steel sheets. It is a ferrosilicon soft magnetic alloy with extremely low carbon content. The silicon content is generally 0.5 ~ 4.5%, which is made by hot and cold rolling. Generally the thickness is below 1mm, so it is called thin plate. The addition of silicon can improve the resistivity and permeability of iron, and reduce the coercive force, core loss (iron loss) and magnetic aging. Mainly used to make iron cores of various transformers, motors and generators. The world's silicon steel sheet production accounts for about 1% of the total steel (see precision alloys). The good thickness tolerance is characterized by small difference in thickness in a direction parallel to the direction of rolling, small difference in thickness in a direction perpendicular to the direction of rolling, and high lamination factor.

The product is suitable for punching and cutting with excellent dimensional tolerance.

The insulation coating has small color deviation, good adhesiveness and excellent resistance to heating and corrosion with high insulation coating resistance. There are several types of insulation coating available for production. According to the test results performed by the professional inspection organizations, the contents of hazardous substances comply with all the prevailing international and domestic environment protection laws and regulations including EU RoHS and REACH regulations.
