Thickness Tolerance

The good thickness tolerance is characterized by small difference in thickness in a direction parallel to the direction of rolling, small difference in thickness in a direction perpendicular to the direction of rolling, and high lamination factor.

Processing Properties

The product is suitable for punching and cutting with excellent dimensional tolerance.

The use methods of silicon steel sheets with different silicon contents in processing and use are generally different:
1. [Si]> 2% must be electromagnetically stirred
2. If [Si]> 2% uses a cold rolling process, it must be normalized and then pickled
3. When [Si]> 2%, due to the large deformation resistance, a 20-roll mill is often used for cold rolling
4. When [Si]> 3% or [Si] + [Al] ≥3.5%, it must be subjected to secondary cold rolling, and the first cold rolling should be preheated to 100 ~ 150 ℃
