Principle of Working

SZG-500L steam heater small rota-cone vacuum dryer with sintered filter has double cone rotating tank. Under the state of vacuum inside the tank, pass steam or hot water into its jacket for heating. The hot amount can contact with the damp raw material through its inner wall. The vaporized steam when the damp raw material absorbed heat can be pumped out through vacuum exhaust pipe. Because its inner of tank is in the state of vacuum and the raw material is turned over all the time caused by the rotating of tank, the dry speed of raw material is quickened and dry efficiency is raised too and the purpose of uniform dry can be raised.

Application

Notes : 1. The above-mentioned parameters are calculated based on material density 0.6g./cm3.if for reference only.

2. For raw material, if its volume has great change before and after dry, then its filling coefficient may be increased or decreased suitably.

3. Speed adjusting motor of 0~6rpm for optional according to user’s requirement.
