Manufacturing:

Raw material: Q235 or Q345 in China. We get the raw material checked in our lab test room. Silicon less than2%. We have carbon and sulfur analyzer to check the elements of the steel sheet. We'll return the steel if they are unqualified. So in this way, we can control the quality of the steel poles from the first beginning.

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.

The manufactured items will be inspected at the manufacturer’s plant by the Engineering Team appointed by the purchaser. Tests shall be performed in accordance with the relevant standards unless otherwise stated.

Before ffull-scalemanufacture is commenced, 3 (three) samples of each type of pole shall be prepared for testing and approval by the engineer. Production items not meeting the same standard as the initial samples approved by the Engineering Team will be rejected.

We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.
