Technology:
The octagonal steel electrical poles of our company are made of qualified sheets through bending, forming, automatic welding, hot dip galvanization. We own advanced production lines, including auto shearing machine,1600 ton CNC hydraulic bending machine,CNC cutting machine,auto submerged-arc welding machine,auto welding machine,hydrautic trimmer,splitting machine.

Welding:
we weld the steel poles with auto submerged-arc welding and auto welding machines with perfect seam and good quality,we strickly control the test of the welding by the flaw testing with ultrasonic crack detection to make sure there is no crack,undercut,slag inclusion,hole vent for the welding.

Hot dip galvanization:
All our products must be hot dip galvanized which can keep the steel poles without rust more than 30 years. For steel poles with 3.0mm bare metal thickness, the ASTM A123 standard requires min average coating thickness 86 microns

Packing&Delivery:
Because there is nearly no any accessories on the poles shaft,so most of the clients agree with delivery the 25ft -45ft steel poles without package which can save the space of the container,and also can save the purchasing cost.
Of couse,if our clients have request or standard for the package of the steel poles,we are also glad to pack the steel poles according to client's request.
