Bottle style resonators are manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel material for strength and durability in all conditions. Offered with a mirror polish finish, our bottle style resonators feature a straight-thru design that utilizes a 304 Stainless Steel perforated core. This straight-thru design ensures that there are no reductions on the inside of the resonator and no restrictions to the flow of exhaust gas. Packed with a high quality multi-layer sound deadening material, our exhaust resonators help eliminate unwanted exhaust noise as well as helping to eliminate dreaded "exhaust drone."

Bottle style resonators are constructed using 16 gauge (0.065") wall thickness 304 Stainless Steel material and utilize a slip-fit style design on both the inlet and outlet. This slip-fit style design allows the exhaust pipe to be slipped into the resonator before being welded in place.

Usage of resonator:

While mufflers reduce the exhaust volume, resonators tune the exhaust for a more pleasant sound. Resonators will remove some of the raspy and high-pitched noises from the exhaust but won’t do anything to muffle the volume. They complement mufflers by canceling out irritating buzzes and hums, as well as providing a smoother exhaust note.

Installation method: Clamp on and welded on.
