1. Product Introduction:

Our Serpentine Aluminum Cooling Plate is actually made of Multiport Extruded Aluminium Tubes,which we also called micro-channel aluminum tubes or aluminum tube extrusions,are unique tubes developed with highly refined manufacturing quality.The tube structure can be customized according to customers' requirement.With our extrusion production line improved,we are now able to produce the tube with more than 100mm width,we are having rich experience in adjusting the tooling to make sure of the size precision.

After the tube extrusion is finished,we will make further processing on the Multiport Aluminium Extruded tubes according to customers' requirement or design,including stamping,bending,coating on the tube surface and making inlet/outlet connections for the water flow on each tube end,which can increase the touching area with the batteries in order to achieve the high heat transfer efficiency.

We can achieve more efficient heat transfer by making the large internal surface area and hence are widely used in highly effective heat exchangers.
