A superheater is a component that heats saturated steam in an industrial boiler, turning it into superheated steam. Our superheater guarantees that the superheated steam temperature will fluctuate to within an allowable range (normally varies from 540°C to 500°C)when the boiler is over loaded.

Functions:
1. Superheater is a kind of equipment which can heat saturated steam to superheated steam with a certain temperature.
2. After the saturated steam is heated to superheated steam, the work capacity of steam in the steam turbine is improved, that is, the useful enthalpy of steam in the steam turbine is increased, thus improving the cycle efficiency of the heat engine.
3. In addition, the use of hot steam can also reduce the steam turbine exhaust humidity, avoid turbine blade corrosion, and create favorable conditions for further reducing the steam turbine exhaust pressure and safe operation.
