Production Process

CYLINDER MAKING

Printing result is based on good quality cylinder, and our cylinder suppliers are top cylinder makers in China. Cylinder making needs 3-5working days.

PRINTING

Up to 10 color printing with the most advanced printing machine. Inline video inspection systems is used to control quality in the process of printing.

ADHESIVE LAMINATION

Liongo Pack has a complete variety of lamination technologies such as Solvent based and solvent free. Customers benefit from environmentally friendly solvent-free for their products. Also, we promise the contact layer get food grade if it is applied to food or medicine.

BAG MAKING

Various sizes available of standing pouches, gusset and 3-side seal models available. Special shaped Thomson-cut pouches available, along with Zipper and Spouts.

A unique, cost-effective pouch that stands out from the rest. Three side seal bags allow more room for graphics with the elimination of the center back seal. Case packing and cartoning are simple and convenient with this bag style.Three Side Seal
