Agricultural films from farms usually packed in bale with soil/sand/grass. Firstly, we need film bale cutter to cut them into small pieces and send to sand remover to remove impurities on film, such as soil, sand, grass and so on.

Sands/grass/impurities separator for Agricultural films. It removes the impurity and sand at the rate of 55%-75%. It protect crusher blades and reduce the pressure of cleaning.

Crushing friction washing and dewatering three in one. It not only with function of prewashing, but also dewatering the most dirty water agricultural films to reduce the dirty water entering the next machine.

High speed friction washer with three working zones to ensure high working efficiency: frist zone remove dirty water of material, second zone to friction washing with clean water, third zone to friction and dewatering.

Double-V bottom washing tank bottom is designed as coned with dirty discharging valve. While cleaning the washing tank, just need to open the valve, no need manual cleaning.

PE film squeezing pelletizer- final moisture is about 1-2%. The volume of dried film like popcorn, good for granulating line.
