80 ppm Metal Tube Filling and Folding Machine

Automatic Tube Filling Machines for metal tubes which have been especially intended for the production of impeccable quality in the filled of tube filling and sealing. These machines can work at breathtaking pace filling up to a number of 80 tubes in a single minute.

The compatible types of tubes are composed of different metals. The control technology is on a color touch screen panel.

The machine loads the tubes, washes them, positions them, fills them, seals them and finally performs hot stamping.

AT80 Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is a high technology machine model, design and used for filling plastic or aluminum tubes with creams, paste, gels or other similar viscous fluid, then sealing the tubes with special Hot Gun System, other process including tube feeding, photoelectric mark track, date coding, batch number coding, tube trimming and output are all fully automatic.
