How to ship your cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before beginning to send cases or digital cases: |
a. Write an ordersheet to us, fill it with as much detail information as possible; like dentist name, patient name, tooth number, return date, designs, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Take a bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
e. Prepare airwaybill for shipping (you can choose the following shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service people, we have those format if needed. |
