3" PVC Lay-Flat Discharge Hose, duty PVC hose for farm irrigation

Wovenflex Extra is one type of “through-the-weave” heavy duty PVC/NBR layflat hose.

This hose features a unique one-piece, through-the-weave construction and attains its higher working pressure from a synthetic woven polyester reinforcement than Spiral plies; its excellent durability is derived from a high-tensile PVC/NBR rubber compound, which completely encases the jacket.

The ribs on the cover surface greatly increase abrasion resistance.

Construction: Circular polyester weave extruded internally and externally with PVC-NBR.

Hose shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, protected and locked-in by tough highly resistant synthetic nitrile rubber, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of glues or adhesives of any type.
