Compact flour mill Introduction:

The compact flour mill adopts a steel frame structure for installation. The general structure has three layers. The flour mill is located at the bottom layer, the screen is installed on the first layer, and the shaken and pneumatic conveying pipeline are installed on the second layer.

The compact flour mill adopts closed pipe ventilation and dust removal system, and the material grinded by the mill is transported by air through the pipeline. The height of the whole three-layer structure is relatively low, so it can be installed in the warehouse compactly to reduce investment cost. The whole flour mill can be equipped with PLC control system, which is convenient to realize the centralized control of automation and the operation will be more convenient. The whole flour mill can be customized and designed based on customers' needs, and the milling process can also be adjusted accordingly.

Compact flour mill features:

1. In the cleaning section, we adopt drying type cleaning technology. It normally includes 2 times sifting, 2 times scouring, 2 times de-stoning, one time purifying, 4 times aspiration, 1 to 2 times dampening, 3 times magnetic separation, and so on.

2. In the milling section, there are four types of systems to mill the wheat to flour. They are 4-Break system, 7-Reduction system,1-Semolina system, and 1-Tail system.

3. All the packing machines are automatic. The packing machine has features of high measuring accuracy, fast packing speed, reliable and stable working.
