Our tungsten copper alloy is produced by vacuum infiltration method with excellent performance and stable quality. Because the melting points of tungsten and copper are very different, it can not be produced by traditional melting and casting method. Our process route is powder preparation - pressing - sintering - infiltration - machining. Our company selects high-purity tungsten powder and copper powder, mixes them evenly and puts them into the granulation equipment to complete the preparation of the powder. The professional customized vacuum sintering furnace ensures that there are no holes in the tungsten copper alloy.
