Steps for changing oil filter:

• Discharge the old waste lubricating oil.Drain the waste oil from the screw air compressor oil cylinder, prepare a container for the waste oil, and then open the oil bolt to drain the waste oil.When discharging lubricating oil, try to let the lubricating oil drip for a period of time, in order to ensure the waste lubricating oil discharge clean.(There will be a lot of impurities in the use of lubricating oil. If the oil is not discharged cleanly when replaced, it is easy to block the oil circuit, resulting in poor oil supply and wear of structural parts)
• Remove the oil filter element of the old screw air compressor.Remove the old oil container under the filter and remove the old air pressure oil filter element.Be careful not to let waste oil stain the inside of the machine.
• Install a new screw air compressor oil filter element.Check the oil outlet at the installation location and clean up the dirt and residual waste oil.Before installation, put the sealing ring on the oil outlet position first, and then slowly screw on the new air pressure oil filter element. Do not screw the air pressure oil filter element too tight. Generally, after tightening it by hand, then use a wrench to turn 3/4 turns.Pay attention to the new air pressure oil filter element, do not use the wrench too hard, otherwise it is easy to damage the inner sealing ring of the filter element, resulting in poor sealing effect, can not start filtering effect!
• inject new engine oil to engine oil filter tank.Finally, pour the new oil into the oil tank, using a funnel if necessary to prevent pouring the oil outside the engine.After filling, check again for leaks under the engine.If there is no leak, check the oil gauge to see if the oil filter is on the top line. We recommend that it be on the top line.In the course of daily work, we should also check the oil ruler regularly, and replenish the oil in time when the oil is less than offline.
