We will provide drawing of steel structure or hanging truss, and we will share you some videos to show you how to install LED cabinets step by step Then you can install led display very easy.
3. Are you a factory or just a trading company?
We are a LED display factory with R&D department and production line, professional engineering team and energetic sales team. Warmly welcome to visit our factory and have face-to-face business talk to better understand each other. Or when you are free, we can have video call to show our factory.
We provides on site product installation, adjusting and maintenance
service for our LED display. Such as:
1. After-sales service:
1) Service principles: reply in time, solve problems as soon as
possible and ensure the use.
2) Service period: In the Maintenance period of the LED screen ,
free of all maintenance charges; After Maintenance period, only
charge the material costs fees free of manual work fees.
3) Service scope: If there is any problem that the buyer cannot
overcome, please contact with us, we will try our best to help you
overcome the issue in time. In order to shorten the maintenance
time, we will offer some spare parts such as power supply ,LED
module , recceiving card and chips etc.
4) Under normal use and storage, we will be responsible for the
equipment.
2. Pre-sales service:
1) We can arrange professionals to conduct site installation and
debugging in strict accordance with the requirements of the schemes
and the original manual. If there is any special requirement, it is
necessary to make changes of part installation scheme, we will
coordinate with users. We ensure the consistence of completion time
and contracted time. Any problems caused by natural factors or
man-made, we will discuss with client to find solutions.
