PVC Coated Wire Mesh introduction:

Gabion boxes are made of triple twist hexagonal woven mesh fabric. Gabions stand out as the simple, efficient and economical solution, as the cages are simply filled with natural stone and also proven as environmentally friendly.

PVC Coated Wire Mesh Material:

(1) Galvanized steel wire: diameter 2.0MM-4.0MM, tensile strength >380Mpa, zinc :240g / m2.
(2) Zinc 5% Aluminum - wire diameter 1.0MM-3.0MM, tensile strength >380Mpa.
(3) coated galvanized steel wire: low carbon steel wire, PVC coated.

Aperture size: 60 × 80 mm, 80 × 100 mm, 80 × 120 mm, 100 × 120 mm, 120 × 150 mm, 90 × 110 mm, etc.

Wire diameter: 2-4 mm.

Binding wire diameter: 2.2 mm.

Edge wire diameter: 2.5-5 mm.

Wire tensile strength: ≥ 38 kg/m 2 .

Surface treatment:Finish can be hot-dipped galvanized, galvanized aluminum alloy or PVC coated, etc.

Electro galvanized amount: ≤ 10 g/m 2 .

Hot dip galvanized amount: ≤ 300 g/m 2 .
