Cleaning machine is widely used in modern flour mills for cleaning and grading of coarse flour and intermediate materials. It is suitable for the production of coarse flour in hard flour mill.

Working principle:

Materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface through feeding gate, and screen frame is divided into three layers. When the materials are screened, the air flow blows up the particles with the lightest specific gravity from the bottom up, then taken away by air flow through ventilation hood. Lighter materials are discharged out through port on the screen, and clean powder particles would pass through screen holes. The materials under the screen are accumulated in the conveying tank based on quality requirements.

Features:

1,Adopting the brusher (or rubber ball cleaners) to clean the screen surface, and the cleaning effect is good.

2,All supporting points adopt rubber spring or rubber bearing, not need lubrication to maintain. And it has the features of stable movement, vibration reduction, vibration isolation, durability and no noise.

3,Both the total air volume and each air chamber can be adjusted, which can effectively control the aspiration volume of each air chamber.

4,The size of the aspiration outlet can be adjusted according to the flour purifying effect.
