Seaweed grinding machine is made up of three parts:main machine,auxiliary machine and electric control box. seaweed powder grinding machine has the properties of wind selection,having no sieve or net,and an even granularity of the processed material.

The production process going on continuously,this BSP grinding machine is suitable for seaweed powder grinding.

Working method:

Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiral feeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the material is moved into the whirlwind separator and the sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method, the ejection material meets the product requirement.

Main Features:
1) Simple structure ,easy in installation and maintenance.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand motor ,electric parts,bearing and operation parts.
3) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
4)No need screen, particle size can be changed by change speed; particle size varies from 80 to 500 mesh.
5) Around mill chamber and bearing, there is water-cooling jacket to cool the machine.

Main components:
(1)Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.

(2)The left motor is crush motor;the right motor is classifier motor.It adopts a small screw feeder, make sure feed speed is even and controllable.
(3)Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even,Rotary valve is also made of stainless steel and to clean it and dismantle is convenient.
(4))Material enters the mill chamber via screw conveyor where it is sheared and milled by fast- rotating blades.The powder passes the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber.

1) Q: How do you pack your machines?
A: If it's a small machine, it's packed in wooden cases.
If it is a large machine or many machines, we will take the container, we will split the machine into several parts, then wrap the machine with wrapping film, and then fix it in the container with wire rope to prevent them from shaking during transportation
