Regardless of the size, kafa steel structure building is an ideal building system for metal warehouses and distribution centers. Our prefabricated building system provides the storage industry with advantages that other types of buildings cannot provide.

Faster: Using kafa's prefabricated building system can save up to one-third of construction time. All components are cut, welded and drilled in the factory for quick assembly on the job site. Usually, within six to seven weeks from the time the order is placed, the delivery speed will also increase, so that your material handling operations can start and run as quickly as possible. (Some standard model metal warehouse buildings can be delivered in just four weeks.)

The steel warehouse frame under construction is durable: the kafa steel structure is sturdy and durable, which can maintain structural integrity, beauty and value for decades.

Non-combustible: Wood is the first source of combustible substances in warehouse fires. Frame timber is the second largest source. The steel frame is non-flammable, cannot be ignited, and cannot add fuel to the fire.

Clear span: Kafa's rigid frame steel frame is very strong and can span a larger area without cumbersome internal support columns. This allows warehouse operations more flexibility in storing and moving products quickly and efficiently. The width of kafa standard steel warehouse can be up to 150' without any internal support; customized design can clear up to 200' or larger width. The load-bearing column in the center of the building can reach a width of 480'. The kafa building can be any length you need. The standard height is 40', allowing warehouse owners to use vertical dimensions to increase SKU (stock keeping unit) capacity. Custom quotations are available even for taller buildings. If necessary, the metal warehouse plan can also include mezzanine.

External options for busy steel warehouses: Kafa metal warehouse buildings can be designed with additional loads to meet sprinkler systems, cranes or any other special needs. Kafa offers a variety of exterior options, including colorful, durable steel wall panels and roof panels. The exterior can also be decorated with brick, stone, upward-sloping concrete, glass, stucco or any other exterior wall of your choice.
