Overview

The YGS servo-driven linear liquid filling machine uses the 316L stainless steel plunger metering pump to perform filling. In accordance with the actual production capacity of the manufacturer, it can be equipped with different filling heads, and it can conveniently work with the automatic bottle unscrambler and many kinds of capping machines for linked production. It is widely used for liquid packaging in such industries as medicine food, chemical industry, pesticide and cosmetics, conforming to GMP requirements.

Features

Fill with plunger metering pump. Servo drive is adopted to adjust the filling volume on the man-machine interface. Suitable for high precision liquids with various viscosity. The pump is easy to disassemble, clean and sterilize. CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system can be configured.

- The plunger metering pump sealing ring is made of silicone rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene or other materials according to different industries and liquid composition. Ceramic materials can be used for special purposes. The filling principle also includes peristaltic pump, negative pressure type, weighing type, autoflow type, reflux type and so on.

- The whole line adopts PLC control system, frequency conversion speed regulation, high degree of automation.

- The filling system is equipped with leak-proof device to realize filling from the bottom of the bottle, rising slowly and avoiding bubbles.

- The whole production line is suitable for all kinds of bottles, which can be easily adjusted in a short time.

- The whole production line is designed according to GMP requirements.

- Explosion-proof design can be used for products in special industries or special types.
