Overview

This series of far infrared drying and sterilizing tunnel is mainly uesd in the phmaceutical and health products such as bottles of antibiotics, oral liquid bottles and other glass container treatment.

Main Performance features

-Use quartz heating tube radiation heat sterilizing the bottles.

-Equipment divided into a preheating zone, heating sterilization area, and the cooling zone, these three major regions of the transport mechanism,exhaust institutions, and electrical control mechanism.

-Preheating zone: With fans, air volume can be adjusted, the preheat zoneline into positive pressure, and hundred laminar flow device to prevent the particles in the air into the heating zone.

-Heating sterilization area: composed by heat insulation box, two rows ofwhite quartz heating tubes, and has a dehumidi fier outlet, automaticallycontrol humidity device, temperature equilibrium.

-Has a cooling fan, sterilizing bottles into the cooling zone is cooled by air,adjustable air volume, positive pressure cooling zone, and laminar flowdevice to prevent the particles from the air into the heating zone.

-Transport mechanism: adopt stainless steel chain drive, no deviation; stable operation; frequency conversion adjusting speed.

-Exhaust institutions: With the exhaust fan and exhaust pipes, exhaustvolume can be adjusted to ensure uniformity throughout the oven tunnel wind pressure.

-PLC control system: All fan of the whole frequency control, touch-screen operator interfaces, automatic warming; fully automated control when linked with other equipment.
