★Safety & Operation

1. Confirmation before Use

Check the machine before use.Make sure the machine is not

damaged,plug off,the ink does not spill,etc. !

2.Start the Product

Please make sure the plug in before you start using, ensure that the run time does not fall off.The machine red indicator lights up normally after power on, turn the red button switch to the right, green power indicator lights up normally,well power on!

3.Close the Product

If close the product necessarily,press the middle red spin button.the green indicatorlight goes out,the red indicator light up,then unplug the plug !

★Working environment for equipment use

1. Environmental Conditions

Pleased place this equipment in a dry environment.Do not use the machine in rainy weather.

2. Confirm to print Wall Environment

2.1 Please level the ground before use or place the equipment track horizontally and smoothly and also the machine and the wall are kept on a horizontal plane.Avoid effect of sloshing of equipment during operation or unevenness of machine affects print effect.

2.2 Confirm the flatness of the wall before printing,the overall bump of the wall should not exceed 2 cm,and also clear the wall of floating ash and raised small cement particles,in order to avoid printing effect,damaged nozzle,and affecting machine operation

The detailed parameter as follows.

Details of Installation steps:

1. Tilt the machine 45 degrees,remove any end of the track into the slide block,slide the machine to the middle of the track.

2. Remove Y motor,gear jammed track rack horizontally placed on track,and then fix the motor to the machine beam.

Matters need attention: 1 .Track installation occurs when chucking tightly and difficult to slide,loosening black slider screws on Step 5,tighten the screw after the track is installed.

2.During handling, you can fix the 2 screws of the motor first,move the motor up off the track rack,the track can be removed out.When in use,the track is installed and the motor is moved down and fixed.
