BRIEF INTRUCTION

Automatic Rotary Slotter, one of post-printing equipment, is specially designed to process corrugated cardboard with slotting, trimming, hole punching and creasing, to improve the quality of up folding.

The standard model of automatic rotary slotter has SP-DS1625. Also can customized other size according to customer’s requirement.

FEATURES

1. Sheet feed automatically by Back kicker, edge trimming, creasing, slotting and flap cutting are automatically continuous and can be done at one time. Hole punching is available if need.
2. The feeding roller is made of steel pipe coated by rubber, which is grooved in face in order to protect the paperboard from damage.
3. The assistance of air suction pulls the bend paperboard from the front gate to the rubber rollers. The air volume of suction is manually adjustable according to the sheet size.
4. Slotting register is motorized with 3600 planetary gears structure. Adjustment with digital makes more accuracy and convenience is available.
5. Carton Height is motorized adjustable and synchronously controlled by four groups slotting head. It saves the time of debugging and testing to improve work efficiency.
6. The horizontal position of the slotting holders is motorized.
7. The gaps between slotting head, the creasing rings as well, is manually adjustable with dial display.
8. Lubrication oil system supply for every gears area. It helps noise reduction and gears wearing.
9. 3 trimming knife is detachable.
