Main Features

1. The machine adopted independent Industrial Computer (with Keyboard) combined with PLC in each Unit of machine that could be adjust automatically by data inputting or order management system, easy to operate and change orders, greatly save time and labor cost, which can also connect with Corrugated Cardboard Production Line System, can greatly improve the production efficiency.
2. The whole machine is driving uniformly, pneumatic interlocking, each single unit OPEN/CLOSE with safety protection device.
3. Each Unit equipped with EMG. Switch can stop the unit moving inside of units, to ensure safety.
4. Design Speed 300sheets/min (0920), 250sheets/min (1224). Normal Working Speed can be from 150-280 sheets/min (0920), 120-250 sheets/min (1224), can easy reach to the production capacity of more than 100,000 cartons, greatly improve the production efficiency.
5. All main transmission gears use special imported materials, carburizing and quenching, precision grinding, durable and stable; gear lubrication using oil pump spray system.
6. All the Electronic Components adopt International famous brand, durable and stable, and main electric box equipped with Industrial Constant Air Conditioner, and all electric boxes equipped with Dust-proof, cooling device, to ensure stable running.
7. The machine is equipped with automatic Oil Balance Device & automatic Circle Lubrication System.
8. Printing Unit adopts Vacuum transfer, widely application for cardboard, especially when the machine is closed, Each Unit suction devices are connected together to ensure same pressure, which is more accurate printing and save adjusting time and cardboard.
9. Can easy to match with Pre-feeder and Automatic Strapping Machine, 2-4 staffs for whole operation.
10. Rubber & Anilox Roller quickly dis-assemble device.
11. The Whole machine Register Servo Control, more fasting for order change, and more accurate printing.
