General Specifications

1. TP-CR Series open & close type flexo folder gluer is extremely productive, stable, durable and precision.
2. This is a complete line for carton box making, which can finish cardboard feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting, folding, gluing, counting and ejecting in one pass, more efficiency and save labor cost.
3. The whole line need from 3-4 staffs are enough for production, and can connect with automatic strapping machine or pre-feeder.
4. The machine is designed and made to high quality and safety standard, stable and consistency high printing quality maximize the production efficiency.

MAIN PARAMETERS

FEEDING SECTION

1. Lead edge feeder with accurate feeding for all flutes and warped sheets.
2. Available for skip feed.
3. Auto zero-set for feeding position with one push button.
4. All gap adjustment is motorized control with digital display.

PRINTING SECTION

5. Slotting boss movements adopts linear guiding system match with ball screw, smooth movement.
