The ALPS Skin Reliever, made with EasyGel, eliminates shear forces, friction, and prevents abrasions on the skin of the stump. It’s tapered structure accommodates volume fluctuations over the life of the prosthesis. It provides superior elongation for very little compression against the skin, reducing abrasions. ALPS Skin Reliever can be worn under silicone or gel, and can be used to replace socks.
