Brief Introduction

Chrome steel is a bearing-level alloy steel. This material is known as 52100 steel in the United States, known as 100Cr6 in Europe, known as SUJ2 in Japan, is known as GCR15 in China.

GCR15 steel is a representative steel of high carbon chromium bearing steel, which has good comprehensive performance. High hardness and uniform, abrasion resistance after quenching, and has high thermal processability after quenching and tempering. But it is very sensitive to the formation of white spots. Various bearing rings that can be used to fabricate wall thickness of 12 mm, outer diameter of 250 mm, and also suitable for rolling elements of various sizes, such as steel balls, cone rolls, cylindrical rolls, spherical rolls, roller rollers, and the like. It can also be used to make mechanical components such as molds, precision stasis, high contact fatigue strength requirements.

The chromium steel balls have high hardness, deformation and excellent wear performance. Our chrome ball is made from the highest mass chromium alloy electric furnace steel and by hardening the maximum intensity and service life.
