Brief Introduction

Chrome steel is a bearing grade alloy steel. This material is known as 52100 steel in the US, 100Cr6 in Europe, SUJ2 in Japan and GCr15 in China.
GCr15 steel is a representative steel of high-carbon chromium bearing steel with good overall performance. The hardness is high and uniform, and the wear resistance and contact fatigue resistance are high after quenching and tempering, it has good thermal workability after spheroidizing annealing. but it is sensitive to the formation of white spots. It can be used to manufacture various bearing rings of wall thickness ≤12mm and outer diameter ≤ 250 mm, it is also suitable for rolling elements of kinds of size, such as steel balls, cone rolls, cylindrical rolls, spherical rollers, needle rolls, and the like. It can also be used to make molds, precision measuring tools, and other mechanical components that require high wear resistance, high elastic limits, and high contact fatigue strength.

The chrome steel ball demonstrates high hardness, resistance to deformation, and excellent wear characteristics. Chrome balls from us are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy electric furnace steel, and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. Our strict production process assures highest dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

We mainly produce chrome steel with sizes ranging from 7.9375mm to 82.55mm. The main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn. Our balls are mainly used in the wind energy industry.Our products enjoy high evaluation and satisfaction among customers.
