The on-site installation of glass fused to steel storage tanks includes a unique jacking system. Once the starter plate (bottom ring) is embedded in the concrete foundation or designed and built with glass-coated bolted steel floor, the top ring of the tank is built on the jack. Then the top of the water tank was erected, and the lifting ring and the top were jacked up. For each additional ring, then assemble the bolt pieces below the top ring together, and apply a specially made polyurethane sealant between the seams.
