There are many filling machines.We mainly have three series filling machine for bottle water product.
1. The CGF series of rinsing-filling-capping machine is used to water into bottle from 200ml-2000ml,diffrient models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000B/h to 36000B/H.
2.LCGF series of rinsing-filling-capping machine can privide the output from 4L-10L bottle.
3. TXG series of the rinsing-filling-capping machine line is mainly used to produce bottled water with 5 gallon.And diffrient models can offer production capacity from 150 B/H to 2000B/H

Machine pictures:
The washing-filling-capping 3 in 1 Monobloc is developed by the company itself with stable performance, advanced technology, nice look and complete functions. It is mainly for the washing, filling and capping of mineral water/pure water/spring water to PET bottles.

washing part:
On the rotary disc of bottle washing unit, there is equipped bottle gripper, which can hold bottle mouth to turn 180° along a guiding rail to make bottle mouth downside to enter washing unit. After bottles are washed and drained off, bottles are gripped by bottle gripper and turn 180° again to be mouth up.

Filling part:
There are 16 bottle rinsing heads. The bottle rinsing gripper are of stainless steel clipping structure, which avoids second pollution to screw thread of bottle mouth, with stable bottle clipping and high-efficient bottle rinsing.​

capping part:
The improvement not only keeps the original strength, magnetic torque adjusting device (with torque adjusting dial) which offer convenience in torque adjusting according to production demand, but also make capping torque more accurate and capping result more reliable. It can better reduce capping defective rate.
