The main function of VD furnace is vacuum degassing of molten steel, fine-tuning the composition of molten steel precisely and improving the metallurgical quality of molten steel, so as to meet the requirements of producing variety and high quality steel.The content of hydrogen in molten steel can be less than 1.5-2ppm, the content of oxygen is less than 20ppm, and the content of nitrogen is less than 50ppm. The molten steel inclusion can be denaturated and the immutable inclusion can be reduced to the minimum degree.

The top blowing oxygen supply system is added on the VD furnace to form the VOD furnace, which can complete the function of vacuum oxygen blowing and decarburization, and is suitable for smelting low carbon stainless steel.Main uses of VOD: It has strong ability of alloying, degassing, decarburizing and dusting.In addition, it has strong mixing, heating, slag washing, inclusion treatment and other capabilities.

4. The vacuum pipe adopts water-cooled pipe, which can reduce the exhaust gas temperature and airflow temperature;

5. The observation glass of artificial observation window is provided with inert gas protection and stroboscopic device or TV camera device;

6. Under vacuum conditions to achieve artificial temperature sampling and automatic feeding;

7. The oxygen blowing device is equipped with special sealing device, less wear and tear, anti-leakage, and easy to adjust the oxygen lance;
