1. CONTROL PANELS

The machine is fully controlled by PLC.

The operator can set data (weight of dough, machine speed, etc) on the control panel. The control panel can also show the running conditions of the machine.

2. Dough dividing device

Mainly made of stainless steel 304, the machine is highly corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant. Equipped with air cylinder, the dough dividing device is water proof and dust proof.

3. Dough Pressing Device

The dough pressing unit is equipped with air cylinder. It is temperature resistant, dust proof and water proof. It can work more stably, speedily and with longer service life.

4. Tortilla Baking Device

The tortillas are baked while passing through the conveying belt, and they would not be over-baked.

5. Cooling Device
