XGJ560 90KW Auto-Lubrication Industry Using Biomass Pellet Production Machine

This mchine with vertical double layer ring die structurer, ring die made of stainless steel or alloy steel, ring die verticall installed on the biomass pellet mill, with 2 layers, one ring die can using 2 times, saving the running cost for the straw pellet press machine, and ring die is vised no rotary, only inner rollers is rotating, this structure make the machine working stable, more suitable for biomass pellet making.

This 90KW pellet production machine have 2 pcs Big rollers rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, so big part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood pellet machine working more stable, roller shell after heat treatment, long lifetime, good for biomass pellet making.

XGJ560 pellet prduction machine with automatical lubircating system, can lubricating the main shaft bearing and the roller bearing automatically. can make the machine no stop continually working, low maintenance ratio, running cost for pellet making is low.
