Main features:

• Automatic mask two production line, also known as one to three mask production line, composed of a mask body machine and three ear band composed of welding machine.
• Every minute can output 140-160 pieces of complete plane mask, mask specifications: 175*(80-100) mm 1-4 layers of non-woven planar filter type mask.
• Compared with the single independent type mask making machine, joined the automatic conveyor belt and the connecting port, the unique design in addition to improve the production efficiency, reduce artificial cost, is in order to minimize the artificial participation, and reduce the risks of a mask is pollution in the production process.

Working process

Worker feeder the non-woven→ ear loop automatic feeding→ Ultrasonic Ear loop Welding→ mask delivery out → count → Mask Stacked → conveyor collect and delivery out ;

Introduction

• This equipment is a full-automatic one-time plane mask forming machine, which is used for the forming of one-time rectangular ear hanging three drawer mask.
• It can complete the automatic feeding, moulding, folding, pressure welding and ear band welding of the mask.
• The equipment outputs the finished product of the mask.
• One main machine of the machine is equipped with two ear belt spot welding machines (one for two), which are controlled by PLC
• The driving motor is servo motor, so it has the advantages of high reliability, easy operation, accurate transmission, stable control, adjustable speed, low cost and convenient maintenance, especially suitable for the production of high-quality masks.

The unit features:

• It is a unit of fully automatic face mask making machine. This machine unify 1 unit mask blank and 2 units 1outer earloop machine by a unit of automated dispenser.;
• Mask bodies produced on mother machine can be allocated onto 1 units child machine averagely by PLC at the speed of 75 pieces per minute.;
• On this combination the mask body machine can match with 1/2/3/4units of ear-loop machine;
• The machine is made of aluminum alloy which makes it beautiful,prevented from rust and has a small size;
• The machine can make the 1--5 levels mask blank according for the customer's require with a high output;
• You can adjust the size of the mask blank and the folding location;
• The direction of the earloop is outside;
• Compared with sub-mask production equipment, this set of equipment more efficient, more economical artificial;
• The computer program control and photoelectric detection make it have a high reliability and low failure rate.
