Product Description:

Silica insulating brick with high strength is a kind of light weight insulation brick with silica content more than 91% and the bulk density 1.15g / cm3. It is made of fine divided silica as raw material, adding flammable substances to the ingredients or using a gas generation method to form a porous structure and firing. It is mainly used in various parts of the kiln that require heat insulation or light weight without direct contact with the molten material. The brick can not contact with alkaline refractory under high temperature, the maximum operating temperature is between 1200 and 1550℃.
